Your Own Perfect Exercise With Astrology

Aries-Mars

Having health/weight goals to work toward - image can sometimes be a more powerful motivation for you rather than health, though. Dance such as Salsa, Samba, and Jazz. * Note this person must be sure to keep their back strengthened - this seems to be a weak point.
Virgo-Mars 
Practical and systematic - Gardening, cleaning, repairing, landscaping. Anything that will bring use to the other areas of life.
Libra-Mars 
Workout w/ music - walking, running, dancing, tennis, catch with a partner. Having a buddy is ideal here. Typically any air sign in Mars means a lax and even a lazy attitude for the energy comes from the mind so having someone to push and be pushed by will help Libra-Mars stay on top of exercise the most.
Scorpio-Mars 
Intensity - Cross training, muscle/cardio, long distance activities, boxing/kickboxing. This placement must be consumed by what they are doing.
Sagittarius-Mars 
Must be engaged; attention span could be scattered. Exploring, canoeing, kayaking, hiking, rock-climbing, aerobics routines that are varied.
Capricorn-Mars 
Steady activities - light run, golf, soccer, Frisbee. Stair climbing. Working on flexibility should be priority here for they have the tendency to stiffen up easily. Yoga and stretching after the muscles have been warmed up.
Aquarius-Mars 
Fresh workouts to stimulate body/mind - group activities, organizing sports team or going to groups at the gym. Yoga and Pilates.
Pisces-Mars 
Low Metabolism - Immersing self with music, fun bouncy workout DVDs, swimming, meditating.
